We understand things don't always go to plan, especially in today's environment. Please read our cancellation policies below.
If we have to cancel a trip due to Covid restrictions or any other unforeseen reason such as political turmoil or war it will simply be postponed until a time when it can go ahead or re-routed if this is possible. All deposits paid are non-refundable in any circumstances but can be used for any other trip in the future if you cannot go on the postponed trip. There is no time limit for this.
If you cancel your trip having paid more than the deposit then you will recive a refund of the balance paid as long as this is within 8 weeks of the departure date. If after 8 weeks but before 6 weeks you will receive a 50% refund of the balance. If within 6 weeks then you will be offered a voucher for the balance you have paid, less the deposit, for any trip in the future.
